When things do not work as expected and you need technical guidance related to our products, Kanglibang's after sales service is available.
 
With over 3 years of track record it is easy to understand that we have seen almost all imaginable situations and possibilities of malfunctioning -both due to faults in equipment and human error.
 
Kanglibang has a team of professionals in audio and communications, providing assistance and service in regards to Kanglibang’s product and when the situation so requires.

Free Repair Service Policy

 

Under Kanglibang’s limited warranty term, if you are having problems with our product, please contact your account manager. Indicate the problems or failures you are having and take the pictures of the problems or faulty products.
 
If the quantity of faulty product is small, Kanglibang will ship the free replacement without asking for sending back the faulty ones. If faulty quantity is big, Kanglibang will ask you to send back the products for repairs. (Please ensure that product is well packaged, we will not be responsible for any damages suffered during transportation.)
 
Materials and labor will be free of charge in repairs under warranty. Transportation expenses of returning and replacement are covered by us.
 
 
 

Quick Response to complaint

 

We will respond to you within 24 hours upon receiving your complaint in our working days (Monday to Friday). It will help us to help you to get quick response to your complaint if you indicate the details of your complaint, such as the pictures of the problems or faulty products, faulty qty and so on.
 
When you have made a complaint to us, we will:
  • Investigate your complaint;
  • Inform you of our findings;
  • Where we are at fault, try and put thing right to your satisfaction;
  • If necessary, review our procedures or services to avoid the problem occurring again.
